Returns & Refunds Policy

At Aegis Peptides, we take the quality, handling, and integrity of our research products extremely seriously. Every order is carefully checked and packaged before dispatch.

Due to the specialist nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect ordering by the customer
• Products that are no longer required

However, if you receive a product that is:

• Damaged during transit
• Defective
• Incorrectly supplied

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Where appropriate, we may provide a prepaid returns label for inspection of the product. Once the returned item has been assessed and confirmed to be faulty or supplied in error, we will offer either:

• A replacement product, or
• A full refund

All claims are reviewed individually, and we will work with customers to achieve a fair and reasonable resolution.
