Shipping policy

At Aegis Peptides, we are committed to ensuring every order is processed securely, professionally, and dispatched as quickly as possible. Please read the information below before placing your order.

UK Delivery Only

Aegis Peptides currently delivers exclusively within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Dispatch Times

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1 working day of receiving cleared payment.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). While most orders are dispatched promptly, dispatch times may occasionally be extended during periods of high demand, promotional events, stock audits, or where additional security checks are required.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information where applicable.

Please note that tracking updates are provided by the courier and may take some time to appear after dispatch.

Delivery Services

We work with trusted UK delivery partners, including Royal Mail and other reputable courier services, to ensure orders arrive safely and efficiently.

While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated delivery timeframe provided at checkout, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed unless a guaranteed delivery service has been specifically selected.

Delivery times may be affected by factors outside of our control, including adverse weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, and peak seasonal demand.

Parcels in Transit

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery timelines rests with the courier.

We cannot issue refunds or send replacement orders while a parcel remains active within the courier network.

If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable or returned to sender, it must first be received back at our facility before a refund or replacement can be arranged.

For parcels believed to be lost, we will initiate an investigation with the courier. Refunds or replacements can only be processed once the courier confirms the shipment cannot be recovered. Courier investigations may take up to 15 working days to complete.

Before completing your purchase, please ensure all shipping details are accurate.

  • We cannot redirect parcels once they have been dispatched.
  • Shipping addresses cannot normally be amended after an order has been placed.
  • Additional verification checks may occasionally be required before dispatch.
  • Dispatch times may be extended during periods of unusually high order volumes.

Aegis Peptides reserves the right to cancel and refund any order where fraud prevention, security concerns, or compliance issues are identified.
